PORTABLE CONCRETE PLANT

STATIONARY AND TRANSFERABLE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT

AP TECHNIC offers a wide range of turnkey concrete batching plants, both stationary and transferable, all designed for rapid installation and record-breaking commissioning.

Depending on the type of concrete to be produced, our plants can be equipped with either planetary or twin-shaft mixers.

The plants are controlled by a high-performance PLC, allowing for the storage of multiple concrete formulations, as well as precise weighing and optimal management of all components.

We can also provide cement storage silos and loading hoppers suitable for bags or big bags. Finally, all dosing and pumping systems for admixtures are available to meet your specific needs.

Flow rates on request ranging from 20 to 120 m3/h

ADVANTAGES OF A TRANSFERABLE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT

Flexibility

  • The transferable concrete batching plant can be easily transported and moved from one construction site to another, offering great operational flexibility, particularly for temporary projects or projects spread across multiple sites.

Rapid installation and dismantling

  • Its installation and relocation are much faster and simpler than those of a fixed plant, saving time when setting up or relocating a construction site.

On-site production

  • It allows concrete to be produced directly on site, eliminating the need for transport from an external plant, reducing logistics costs, and avoiding delivery delays.

Cost Reduction

  • Eliminating the need to transport ready-mix concrete saves on fuel, personnel, and delivery vehicle maintenance costs, while limiting material loss.

Adaptability to Different Projects

  • Thanks to their compactness, portable plants require less installation space and no foundations, making them suitable for restricted or difficult-to-access sites.

Increased quality control

  • On-site production allows for better control of the process and concrete quality, with the ability to adjust the mix according to specific project needs and reduce the risk of errors.

Less waste

  • The portable plant allows for the production of only the required quantity, thus minimizing material waste.

Reduced initial investment

  • Purchasing or renting a portable plant requires a lower initial investment than a fixed or mobile plant, which is advantageous for small and medium-sized businesses or one-off projects.

In summary, the portable concrete plant stands out for its speed of implementation, flexibility, reduction of costs and waste, as well as better control of on-site production.
