EMULSION PRODUCTION UNIT
An emulsion production unit is an industrial facility designed to produce emulsions, primarily bituminous emulsions used in road construction. It allows for the controlled mixing of bitumen, water, and various additives to obtain a stable and homogeneous product, adapted to the needs of construction sites (asphalt mixes, coatings, etc.).
The production unit is defined as follows:
- Flow rate of 5 t/h, 10 t/h, or 15 t/h
- Stationary or mobile
- Container for bitumen, water, and optional additive
- Heating system
- Dosing pump for the various components
- Homogenizing mill
- Regulation system to produce the emulsion at different percentages.
