AP-RS Asphalt Mixing Plant
The AP-RS model is a continuous, counter-flow mobile hot asphalt plant capable of producing asphalt mixes with additives, colored asphalt, hot or cold asphalt, and can be installed on 3 to 4 trailers.
- 1 trailer comprising four high-capacity in-line feeders with a set of conveyors and weighing systems
- 1 insulated drum dryer trailer with its globally patented mixer and a control cabin
- 1 baghouse filter trailer with its filler transfer system
- 1 scraper elevator complete with its large-volume batcher
- 1 optional 50-ton mobile storage hopper
- Manual or automatic control via a Windows touchscreen
- Production rate from 50 to 250 t/h
The AP-RS asphalt mixing plant is also available in a stationary version.
