AP-SBM 2 R Asphalt Mixing Plant
The AP-SBM 2 R is a hyper-mobile continuous mixing hot asphalt plant available in two versions: counterflow or parallel flow, mounted on two trailers.
This plant offers the advantage of being suitable for mobile projects thanks to its quick installation, requiring no civil engineering.
The counterflow version allows for the production of all types of asphalt mixes (colored, hot, cold) with the mixer.

- Four feeders with a set of volumetric and weight conveyors
- A drying drum
- A mixer (AP TECHNIC worldwide patent)
- 1 trailer comprising:
- A baghouse filter and its filler transfer system
- A drag conveyor elevator equipped with a batcher
- A control cabin with a cockpit and electrical cabinet
- Manual or automatic control via a Windows-based touchscreen
- Production rate from 50 to 250 t/h
