AP-SBM 3 R Asphalt Mixing Plant
The AP-SBM 3 R model is a hyper-mobile, continuous, parallel-flow hot and cold asphalt plant mounted on three trailers.
This plant offers the advantage of being suitable for mobile projects thanks to its rapid installation, which requires no civil engineering.
This model can be used to produce all types of asphalt mixes (colored, hot, cold) with an external mixer.
- 1 trailer with four feeders with a set of volumetric and weight conveyors
- 1 trailer comprising:
- A drying drum
- A mixer (AP TECHNIC worldwide patent)
- 1 trailer comprising:
- A baghouse filter and its filler transfer system
- A control cabin with a cockpit and electrical cabinet
- 1 drag conveyor equipped with a batcher
- Manual or automatic control via a Windows touchscreen
- Production rate from 50 to 250 t/h
